Between my wife and I, the daily usage of our scooters is around 50 km, most of which is through fast and flowing roads at around 55/60 kmph. I am looking to buy an electric scooter but I am on a tight budget of Rs 1.2 lakh. Please suggest some good alternatives whose max range is under my price range.

Autocar India says: The Ather 450X is a tried and tested package and both are our long-term review units gen 2 And Gen 3 Models that have been running trouble free for years. Together recent changes, the Ather has become significantly more affordable, especially if you opt for it without the Pro pack, while still giving you the same 146km (IDC claimed) range as before. However, be aware that charging times are very slow and it misses out on some features. If you are willing to compromise a bit on outright range numbers but want an e-scooter with a decent charging time, the TVS iQube is a worthy contender even within your price range.
