Eligibility for Jaipur Dev Vihar Yojana –
To get the benefit of this scheme, the applicant must have the following essential qualifications.
- The applicant must be a permanent resident of Rajasthan.
- The age of the applicant should be above 18 years.
- Category A has 95 plots of 45 Square Meter, in which 1625 Rs. Plot Rate Per Sq. mtr. For – Rs 10000 is the registration fee.
- Category B has 416 plots of 90 Square Meter, in which 3900 Rs. Plot Rate Per Sq. mtr. For – Rs 15000 is the registration fee.
- Category C has 121 plots of 200 Square Meter, in which 6500 Rs. Plot Rate Per Sq. mtr. For – Rs 30000 is the registration fee.
- Monthly income for Category A should be less than Rs 10000.
- Monthly income for Category B should be less than Rs 10000 to 15000.
- Monthly income for Category C should be less than Rs 15000 to 20000.
